This is mainly a fix release.

• Load exceptions fixed (https://github.com/rmottola/Arctic-Fox/issues/250) but as side effect (https://github.com/rmottola/Arctic-Fox/issues/257): buttons appears that looks od, just hide it with toolbar preferences and all is fine
• Cosmetic issue about Site Icon: https://github.com/rmottola/Arctic-Fox/issues/253
• Security issues (SSL/TLS as well as CSP)
