• but do not use too new ICU: https://github.com/rmottola/Arctic-Fox/issues/228

On MacOS tested on 10.6 32bit and 64bit! Read here Mac 10.6 and missing libc++ for startup crash in case of installation without MacPorts. Some user reported missing issues, I created a new archive.
