Changes compared to previous release version (v0.28-b2):

• Custom Tabs: Added option to display channel name in addition to channel logo (also shows channel name as fallback for not yet loaded channel logos)
• Highlights/Ignore Dialog: Changed to display channel logo by default, added options to context menu to show new Channel Logo/Name and how it worked before
• Added ncat: prefix (Notification Category), which can be used in Notifications to react only to specific Highlights that have the same category
• Added setting to insert messages at the top
• Added Sound Notifications setting to play sounds via system command as a workaround for playback issues
• Updated help
