Bugfixes:

• Various typographical fixes in the README
• Remove unused JSON report
• Restore coverage reporting for Berkshelf 2 users
• Minor formatting changes for errors

Improvements:

• Remove dependency on i18n and use native ERB instead
• Vendor Berkshelf/Librarian in a "cookbooks" directory so we can shorten the pathname during coverage reporting
