Recently, the Unity team disclosed a vulnerability in the Unity Engine used by Daggerfall Unity. More details can be found here: https://unity.com/security/sept-2025-01

To avoid potential issues with firewalls and antivirus software, we have updated the "UnityPlayer" file to fix the vulnerability. These updated files are now being uploaded here.

The release is otherwise unchanged from DFU 1.1.1, released here: https://github.com/Interkarma/daggerfall-unity/releases/tag/v1.1.1

Note that the Linux package is unchanged, and is only reuploaded here for consistency. Linux is not deemed as vulnerable as other platforms, due to how dynamically loaded code is already handled on Linux operating systems. Linux users will not see any difference on this update.
