Emdawnwebgpu

Use either the emdawnwebgpu-*.remoteport.py file (Emscripten 4.0.10+) or the emdawnwebgpu_pkg-*.zip. For full instructions, see the README which is included in both files.

Tested against emsdk release 4.0.20.
