Changes

• Integrated ElyPrismLauncher metadata with Prism's metadata format and handling (https://github.com/ElyPrismLauncher/ElyPrismLauncher/issues/70).
  • This means that metadata will be fetched more reliably and will be cached
  • This requires that EPL's meta server is in use. Using other meta servers will result in launches failing until Ely patching is disabled
• Because metadata is cached, Ely patches can now be applied even when launching offline, provided the instance has already been launched at least once online with version 10.0.0.
• The Flatpak build now uses io.github.elyprismlauncher.ElyPrismLauncher as its ID, instead of Prism's
