[Experimental] Added icon extractor to App Grid
- Access from [Lounge] -> [App Grid], then toggle missing icons
Note:
- this is just a basic icon extractor with limitations
- does not handle adaptive icon, which results in no icon extracted
- may produce a lower resolution icon
