What's Changed

Added ability to download apps by supplying app ID instead of bundle ID.
Fixed authentication which impacted search and download functionality.

~Note: purchase subcommand is currently broken due to server-side API changes done by Apple.~ Subcommand purchase is functional again as of release v2.1.6.
