• Wow! Economy seems to finally be "stable". City actually fills in and so on. I need to add some more building levels but this is a good step.
• Railroads (pretty broken right now)
• Scrollable toolbar for those with small screens
• Misc bugfixes
• Changed the way city desirability is calculated
