A new release of Libre Camera: v1.7.0

The following has changed:

• Flip/Change camera while recording video (Android 8.0 and above)
• Add option for Left-handed mode in horizontal orientation

Improved

• Greatly reduced apk size on F-Droid from 20MB to about 7MB
• Cache clearing logic

Localization

• Add Belarusian translation
