Fixes the plugin namespace duplication issue and adds comprehensive compliance documentation following the official agentskills.io specification.

• Fixed namespace duplication - Skills now display as n-skills:orchestration instead of orchestration:orchestration
• Synced versions - All version references now consistently at 1.2.0

Documentation

• Rewrote CONTRIBUTING.md - Full compliance checklist based on official agentskills.io spec
• Added orchestration to sources.yaml - Was previously missing from manifest

Technical Changes

• Consolidated from 4 separate plugins to single n-skills namespace in marketplace.json
• All skills now under one plugin entry for cleaner namespacing
