Changes since r2019:

• OS 4.5.5.79 (CX, CX CAS) and 6.2.0.333 (CX II, CX II-T, CX II CAS) are now supported
• Fixed stuck white pixels in LCD compatibility mode
• Work around an OS bug on CX II which hides the leftmost column of pixels of the display

The SDK includes some changes as well:

• Various toolchain updates, now using binutils 2.44, GCC 14.2.0, newlib 4.5.0 and GDB 16.2
• Exiting from programs now performs full cleanup, avoiding leaked memory. This is a backwards-incompatible change: Resident programs must use _exit now.
• Static constructors and destructors using thumb code work now
