Changes since r2020:

• Keyboard issues on 4.5.5 CX CAS are fixed (https://github.com/ndless-nspire/Ndless/pull/473)
• LCD compatibility mode works with new hardware revisions of the CX II (CAS/-T) now (https://github.com/ndless-nspire/Ndless/pull/474)
• The "Ndless installed" message is now smaller and centered at the bottom of the homescreen (https://github.com/ndless-nspire/Ndless/pull/454)
• The installer for 4.5.5/6.2 has more friendly error handling, providing a more helpful message for those who missed the instruction to transfer ndless_resources.tns into the correct folder (also https://github.com/ndless-nspire/Ndless/pull/454)
• The attached ndless-r2021.zip file was again created using make dist (at 1a8b02b538), but contains the files directly instead of inside an ndless/ subdirectory.
