A full year after the previous release, we bring you 0.3.
Huge shoutout to @ABeltramo, and everyone reporting issues when they arise.

• Noti now displays pushes from the pushbullet apps. (open links, files, etc, from your notifications!)
• Codebase ported over to brand spankin' new Swift 4
• We now log to a file, viewable through the Console.app. Hopefully this helps us diagnose issues more accurately.
• We now periodically check if the connection is still alive, hopefully this resolves some "Noti-zombie" issues (it would appear to be alive while it really wasn't)
• A myriad of bugfixes...
