Adjustments:
- Reduced the duration of Ice Flower's hitstun when thrown at a wall
- Removed the slowdown when grabbing an Ice Block
- Made the "freecam" spectate option available via button press, rather than being in the list of available players
- Made the blue shell more accurate to the original game
- Changed the "Custom Powerups" icon to be the Hammer Suit instead of a normal Mushroom
- Adjusted Mario/Luigi textures and color masks
- Adjusted Mini Mushroom to only drop 1 star when groundpounded
- Slightly increased the Starman's spawn rate; now possible to obtain in 1st place

- Fixed intense lag caused by spamming directional buttons
