2.4.0.33 test build

• Improved profile combobox setup code, roughly halves launch time.
• Make CSN-only mode skip profile scanning for further launch time reduction.
• Fixed bug in 2.4.0.32: settings list will now be shown early again, without needing to wait for profile-scan to complete.

For fastest launch time, enable the "Show settings and values from CSN.xml only" button (filter icon), then exit and relaunch.
