2.4.0.34 test build

• Improved profile combobox setup code, roughly halves launch time.
• Bugfix: fixed wrong profile sometimes being loaded when clicking the profile drop-down, caused by searching for profile name as an EXE filename. (thanks Cave Waverider for report!)
• Reverted "skip profile-scan if CSN-only is enabled"
