Containers for running the Greenbone Vulnerability Manager. Run as a single container with all services or separate single applications containers via docker-compose.
So ... there was a logic error in the build scripts that meant the base image didn't get rebuilt and was running on an earlier iteration that didn't include the dependencies for PDF reports.
Thanks to @cybermcm for reporting.
Also another minor version bump from GB.
