Updated widget config screen

• place selection buttons are now containers instead of radio buttons
• provider selection is handled through a split button
• colors now have actual previews
• place widget button greys out when no place is selected

New radar tiles

• implemented new weatherapi radar tiles:
  • precipitation
  • wind
  • temperature
  • pressure
• all with 3 days of forecast

• missing data doesnt default to 0, instead shows -- #176
• fixed air quality overindexing bugs #172 #180
• fixed custom color option not saving
• fixed days appearing multiple times #160
• fixed critical open-meteo future days always show night icons bug
• minor bugfixes
