Fixes

• iPadOS/tvOS 18.4, bridgeOS 9.4 support
• tvOS 26.0 and bridgeOS 10.0 support

NOTE: On tvOS 26, during bootstrap there might be an error related to dyld and launchctl in the system log, this is okay as it is mitigated by other parts of the bootstrapping code. palera1n loader will still to bootstrap as normal when this happens.

Other changes

• Rewritten loader (once again, primarily for better practices)
• Only fakefs loaded by palera1n 2.0.1 or newer is supported. Fakefs created by palera1n 2.0 or older, or by other tools must be loaded with palera1n 2.0.1-2.1 beta before they can be loaded in 2.2.
