This release makes no functional changes since 0.2.4. The only difference is that it requires Zig 0.11 rather than Zig 0.10.

I had originally planned for 0.3.0 to be the next release and to update the zig version required then, but 0.3.0 is taking longer than expected to wrap up at my quality standards. Distro maintainers requested a Zig 0.11 compatible release to ease packaging until 0.3.0 is done.
