But now Switcheroo is finally back with a few new features:

• Switcheroo can run as administrator on startup #78 - more thanks to @tarikguney 🥇
• Alt can be used as Enter to switch faster #47
• And you can even turn on Auto Switch when using Alt-Tab and thus switch faster than ever before #79
