Tailwind CSS v4 Support 🎉

What's changed

• Support for the new @import syntax (without tailwind.config.js)
• Import via the JavaScript-based configuration is also possible
• Support for custom properties and bare values
• Animation properties are no longer inherited. We can overwrite default values instead.
