• Bump the minimum golang.org/x/sys version to 0.1.0 for CVE-2022-29526 or GHSA-p782-xgp4-8hr8
• Unbreak Podman's and Toolbx's downstream Fedora CI
• Unbreak the line count checks with Bats >= 1.10.0
• Unbreak the toolbox run /etc tests with Bash >= 5.3
