Stability Update

List of changes:

1. Critical bug fix for crashes on the packages / package menu when not connected to a network.
2. unpackDeviceInfo sequencing correction.
3. Added curl_global_cleanup to exitServices (to cleanup curl global resources on app exit).
4. Buffer initialization correction for download / unzip functions.
