Added backward compatibility for older versions of WeMod. Now you can patch both the old WeMod and the new Wand
Added a feature to enable/disable automatic patch updates when new versions of WeMod are released. Now you can manually manage versions, install patches for each individual version of WeMod or Wand, create shortcuts (WeMod-13.8.0, Wand-x.x.x etc.) for each of them, and use them in turn if necessary
