Follower Service Status feature + fixes
FEATURES:
- Follower Service Status feature - will query and show the service status for Abbott and Dexcom services, together with Nightscout.
- tap the service status row to open the status page
- alerts using a disabled Alert Type will now show this in the UI to avoid confusion
FIXES:
- restore Live Activity restart intents from the Shortcuts app
- restore Home Screen icon QuickActions to enable/disable Speak Readings
- small fix to prevent possible incorrect values being sent by G5/G6 transmitter during warm-up or temporary sensor failure
- trace/log file improvements
