Time marches on, satellite continues to improve.

Clipboard improvements

Huge shout to @En-En-Code for a ton of improvements to satellite's clipboard handling, including fixing a big bug in #252 where Steam would cause satellite to crash at launch. Hopefully you find the clipboard's behavior is more stable now!

Client side decorations

Satellite will now draw decorations for windows that don't draw them themselves on compositors that don't provide server side decorations. Currently, you can move and close windows via their decorations, and the plan is to add minimizing, maximizing, and resizing support in the future.

• fix: popup position - Fixes popup positioning in WeChat. Thanks @busyoGG
