In this release we add some test coverage to Camping::Server, which previously had no tests. Which was a super bummer. We also moved around the built in gear into their own directory. This makes it easier to reference the gear outside of camping, and fixes a subtle bug when using zeitwerk to autoload stuff.

In this release we fix a GIGANTIC bug, where the create method would never be called. Very big mistake. Sorry friends. It's fixed now. We may all rejoice.

This is mostly a bug fixing and test fixing release. Lots of work has been done to fix small bugs and slowly expand how we test camping. Chief among those additions is a new integration test for the camping framework itself. This tests the first experience someone has installing and using Camping. Our hope is that we can make Camping very reliable.

Camping has a new logger subsystem! Backed by Rack/common_logger and dry/logger, it works pretty well. We also fixed some Gear/Nancy bugs too, added some new tests to make sure things run smoothly.

This release is a hot fix that corrects another error in the loader. Version 3.1.1 has been yanked, and 3.1.2 was too short lived to warrant a release.
