Changes

• Raspberry Pi 5 support.
• Transition to the latest Raspberry Pi OS (Bookworm).
  • Used custom built ROS Noetic for Bookworm.
  • Used libcamera instead of v4l2 for working with the camera.
  • Used NetworkManager instead of wpa-supplicant for Wi-Fi setup.
  • Created pi:raspberry user (it's no more created by default).
  • Performed required boot partition changes.
• Python 2 support dropped.
