No-nonsense Elasticsearch library for Elixir
mix elasticsearch.build and Index.hot_swap will now only delete indexes which have names which match the format the library creates, to avoid deleting similarly named indexes. See #49 .BREAKING: routing function is now required to be specified in the Elasticsearch.Document protocol. You may specify it to return false to use default routing (document id).
