Make sidebar menu font size customizable

When I added support for the Tungsten font, I made the sidebar font too big for many people. My bad. To fix it, create a new number helper with entity ID input_number.lcars_menu_font and set it to the desired font size (in px). Something around 18-25 seems best in most cases. Breaking Changes
