Fixes the colorization of the slider bar in Home Assistant 2025.10.0

Also removes color_temp_mired, which is slowly disappearing from Home Assistant. I'd call this a breaking change, but it's disappearing because noone is using it 🤷

This update makes slider-entity-row load in old browsers (like safari on iPad Air 1/2).

The sliders still may not work on old browsers, but that's because Home Assistant uses a slider which doesn't support old browsers, which may or may not be fixed.

Color temp is in Kelvin by default now. There's also new options for showing icons in full rows and for colorizing the slider bar.
