Update to Vim 7.4.258.

Note: The binary requires OS X 10.9.

• getfontname() now includes the letter h before the font size, e.g. Monaco:h10 (patch by @jszakmeister)
• Use Ruby 2.0 on OS X 10.9 (patch by @felixbuenemann)
• Update to Vim v7.4.52

Note that the provided binary requires OS X 10.9 (Mavericks). I will not be maintaining snapshot builds for Snow Leopard any longer.
