• Release built against OBS 31.0.X
• Includes filter scaling fix from #67
• Uses User profile for saving preferences instead of the global profile

Installation

OBS No longer recommends installation into the obs plugins folder. Instead, unzip the attached zip file into C:\ProgramData\obs-studio\plugins directory

This release:

• fixes #47 and hopefully #41
• Introduces a number of stability features into the Spout Output and Spout Filter
• Moves Spout2 to a submodule and uses latest commit on master

Rebuild of the plugin for OBS 29.

N.B the version 28 build also works with 29.

• Beta release with new code by @millenium-cyborg to lower the Filter framerate
• May also fix #34 #36 and #41 - please validate
