This is the first release for the purl-spec project. It creates a baseline for the PURL specification files in alignment with the publication of ECMA-427 Standard 1st Edtion / December 2025.
The files in the docs/standard folder match the content of the corresponding clauses of the Standard except for some formatting differences. See docs/README-docs.md for the mapping to ECMA-427 clauses...
