This release is a small update and adds React >= 18 to the list of peer-dependencies.

This release contains a couple of small fixes:

• #78 Fix incorrect window bounds (by looking at document.scrollingElement)
• #81 Fix to prevent layer close on touch devices
• #85 Limiting of multiple updates at once is now handled without requestAnimationFrame. With RAF, sometimes style-glitches could occur which should be fixed with this release.

• fixes #54, minification now uses Terser instead of Google's Closure Compiler because of unwanted mangled output

• the peerDependencies react and react-dom are set more strict: ^16.0.0 || ^17.0.0 instead of >=16
• small fix regarding incorrect scroll-offsets when overflowContainer was set to false and no scroll-container was found
