1.修复少量issue提出的BUG 2.框架添加 autoRefresh 通知事件，自定义的Header可以判断刷新是用户下拉的，还是进入页面强制刷新的

修复少量bug，并迁移到 mavenCenter，可以使用 io.github.scwang90:refresh-layout-kernel:2.0.5 引用
