Major update to the Topcoat theme. Refactored 50+ colors down to:

• Text color
• Control base color
• Page base color
• Notification color
• Highlight color
• Shadow color

The rest of the colors are generated from the these.

We also refactored the controls to separate the :focus and :active states by updating the way the focus border is used.

Some much goodness, it couldn't wait for 0.8.0.
