v3.2.6 Release Notes

Several memory leaks in the gNodeB are fixed.

NOTE: This is a very important release. Prior to v3.2.6, gNodeB was crashing after some time in case of heavy data plane traffic. And now this error is fixed with the v.3.2.6.
