Improvements

• Increased ramp speed to prevent oscillations (f4, e230)

Current limit and temperature limit active in brushed modes on supported ESC's.

Fix dshot timing for F4 and E230 MCU's Enable input capture filter for all mcu's and signal types. Add voltage based maximum duty cycle change (repeatdrive target). Add ws2812 bitbang for at32 mcu's.

• Improved erpm accuracy dshot and serial telemetry.
• Fix PID loop integral.
• Add overcurrent , temperature protection and low voltage cut-off to brushed mode.
• Enable input pullup
• Fix Bluejay tunes long delay reset.
• Add airbot F4A targets.

Added input capture filter and pull-up to AT32 and GD32 targets to prevent signal loss using servo input.
